Ways to Give

Giving Opportunities

There are many ways to support Brazos Presbyterian Homes and its mission. As an organization designated by the United States Internal Revenue service to be a charitable 501(c)3 organization, all donations to Brazos Presbyterian Homes are tax-deductible; you will be provided with all needed receipt information for tax purposes.

Brazos Presbyterian Homes, Inc. provides lifetime, quality service to retired persons in a Christian environment. We strive to make possible the opportunity for each resident to maintain an independent lifestyle for as long as possible at the highest level of personal dignity. Brazos Presbyterian Homes fulfills this mission through its’ two sister communities in Houston: Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor located at 4141 South Braeswood Blvd. in the Meyerland neighborhood, and The Hallmark, 4718 Hallmark Drive in the Galleria neighborhood.

Resident Assistance Fund

Brazos Presbyterian Homes’ residents and their family members have peace of mind knowing that they will have access to assisted living, skilled care and memory support services, even if they exhaust their financial resources through no fault of their own. A gift to the Resident Assistance Fund makes it possible for residents to stay in the community and continue receiving quality services.

Memorial Gifts

Family, friends and residents often contribute to Brazos Presbyterian Homes in memory of a loved one or resident. Gifts may be designated to any established fund of Brazos Presbyterian Homes or gifts may be undesignated. The donor receives an acknowledgement and gift receipt. The family of the person being honored receives notification of the gift, but the amount of the donation is not disclosed

Gifts for Capital Projects

Brazos Presbyterian Homes is in the midst of a capital expansion and renovation project to meet the needs of seniors in our community. Donors may contribute to a variety of capital projects such as the Wellness Center, Library, Assisted Living, or Memory Care.

Special Needs and Programs

Brazos Presbyterian Homes continually enhances the lives of residents through contributions made to its Grounds Beautification Fund, Library Fund, and Wellness Programming Fund. Gifts of any size are deeply appreciated and serve to continually better the lives of all residents.

Undesignated Gifts

Undesignated gifts given to Brazos Presbyterian Homes are those gifts which have not been specified as to use. These gifts are used at the discretion of the Presbyterian Homes Board of Directors for areas of greatest need.
